
Cut up a protein bar. Place ½ cup Vanilla or fruit-flavored Mountain High Yoghurt in a parfait glass. Sprinkle with half the protein bar chunks, dried fruit, and nuts. Top with another ½ cup Mountain High Yoghurt, remaining protein bar, more fruit, and more nuts. Drizzle with chocolate sauce. Eat. Scale peaks, win triathalons, wrestle bears.
