- 1 cup Plain Mountain High Yoghurt
- 4 dried apricots, chopped
- 1 cup peaches, pitted, peeled, chopped and drained
- 1 cup grapefruit, peeled and chopped
Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend on medium speed until smooth. Serve immediately.
