3 cups Strawberry Lowfat Mountain High Yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cherry-flavored gelatin
- 1 5.1-oz. package instant vanilla pudding
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries diced
- 1 6-oz. prepared graham cracker pie crust
- Whipped topping (optional)
In a large glass or ceramic bowl, combine yoghurt, vanilla extract, and cherry-flavored gelatin, mixing well. Whisk in instant pudding. Stir in strawberries and pour mixture into pie crust. Cover and chill for about 30 minutes. Garnish with whipped topping, if desired.
