Doogh - Persian Style Yoghurt Drink
A refreshing Persian drink made of thinned yoghurt. Try it on a hot day over ice.
  • 1 cup Plain Mountain High Yoghurt
  • 3 cups ice cold water
  • Salt
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 4 sprigs fresh mint

Place yoghurt in a large glass pitcher. Slowly whisk in the ice water. Season with salt to taste. Pour yoghurt drink into 4 glasses. Put 2 ice cubes into each glass and garnish with a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.

Makes 4 servings.
