Baby’s First Solids
When to introduce solids into your little one’s diet is the subject of much debate and best discussed with your pediatrician. But usually at the age of six months, you can start offering Plain Original Style Mountain High Yoghurt.
Original Style Mountain High Yoghurt is made with whole milk, which pediatricians recommend for growing babies and toddlers. Whole milk contains more fat, which is essential for proper brain development. Even though babies must drink breast milk or formula for the first year of life, you can usually introduce whole-milk yoghurt as a solid food sooner. That’s because the milk-proteins in yoghurt are broken down—and more easily digestible, thanks to the live and active cultures.
Each serving of Original Style Mountain High Yoghurt also contains key essential nutrients: calcium for strong bones, protein for growing muscles, and billions of live, active, and probiotic cultures (L. acidophilus, B. bifidus, and L. casei) to aid digestion.
And since your baby deserves a truly all natural yoghurt, we never use any artificial sweeteners, flavors, colors, starches,
or preservatives. All our yoghurts are rBST-free. |
