Yoghurt: A Great First Solid Food for Baby
When to introduce solids into your baby’s diet is the subject of much debate and best discussed with your pediatrician. But usually after the age of six months, you can start offering Plain Original Style Mountain High Yoghurt.
Original Style Mountain High Yoghurt is made with whole milk, which pediatricians recommend for growing babies and toddlers. Whole milk contains more fat, which is essential for proper brain development. Even though babies must drink breast milk or formula for the first year of life, you can usually introduce whole-milk yoghurt as a solid food sooner.
Each serving of Original Style Mountain High Yoghurt also contains key essential nutrients: calcium for strong bones and protein for strong muscles, and billions of live and active cultures.
And since your baby deserves a truly all natural yoghurt, we never use any artificial sweeteners, flavors, colors, starches, or preservatives. All our yoghurts are rbST-free.

The Low-down on (Low) Sugar The only sugar you'll find in Plain Original Style Mountain High Yoghurt is the naturally occurring milk sugar called lactose. Another great choice for Baby is Vanilla Original Style Mountain High Yoghurt, which is sweetened only with pure crystalline fructose, a natural sweetener. It's also made with whole milk and contains the calcium, protein, and fat growing babies need. Although all natural Original Style Mountain High Yoghurt also comes in natural Strawberry flavor, pediatricians recommend you avoid offering strawberries before your baby's first birthday. Be sure to consult your doctor if you have any questions about your infant's health or nutrition.
