Yoghurt Caterpillar
It’s always fun to play with your food.
  • YoghurtCaterpillar1/3 cup Vanilla Mountain High Yoghurt
  • 2-3 drops green food coloring
  • 2 licorice sticks (pull apart/string style)
  • 20 Vanilla wafers
  • 5 chocolate wafers (optional)

In a small glass or ceramic bowl, combine yoghurt and green food coloring.

Crush chocolate wafers and spread on plate. Cut about 15 4- to 5inch lengths of licorice for the legs. Place them on the plate spaced about ¼-inch apart. Dip wafers in yoghurt, coating both sides well, and stack them vertically. Place caterpillar on its side (wafers will be upright) on top of the legs. Use one length of licorice to make antennas, eyes, and mouth.

Makes 1 caterpillar.
