Plain Mountain High Yoghurt is completely unsweetened (the “sugars” you see listed in the Nutrition Facts on our label are only from naturally occurring milk sugar), so it’s a good choice for babies just starting solid foods and for children who need to limit their sugar intake. If you want to sweeten our Plain yoghurt to taste for older children, fruit pieces or a small spoonful of jam or fruit preserves can do the trick.
Our Vanilla and fruit-flavored yoghurts are lightly sweetened with only pure crystalline fructose, a natural sweetener.
Of course, Mountain High Yoghurts contain NO artificial sweeteners, and we use just enough crystalline fructose to make them taste great. You might also like to know that our yoghurts contain absolutely NO artificial flavors, colors, or starches, and NO synthetic growth hormones.
