4 large apples, cored and sliced
- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup Plain Mountain High Yoghurt*
- Honey (optional)
- Cinnamon (optional)

Melt the butter in a small skillet and add the apples. Sauté on low heat until apples are softened, about 6 minutes. Remove from heat and place in a medium glass or ceramic bowl. Spoon the yoghurt over the apples, and toss to coat apple slices evenly. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired. Serve warm.
*Yoghurt cheese can be used in place of yoghurt for this recipe.
