Apple Cinnamon Smoothie

Apple pie à la mode in a glass. Mom would be proud.

  • 1 cup Lowfat Vanilla Mountain High Yoghurt
  • 1 large red apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 ice cubes

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Makes 2 servings.
