Creamy Fruit Salad Dressing

Destined to become a classic, this makes a great dressing for any fruit salad.
  • 2 cups Vanilla, Lemon or Raspberry Mountain High Yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • Pinch sugar

Combine all ingredients in a small glass or ceramic bowl. Stir well. Toss with fresh fruit just before serving.

Makes about 2¼ cups.
