¼ cup dried shredded coconut
- 1 cup Vanilla, Lemon, Raspberry or
Strawberry Mountain High Yoghurt
- 1 apple, cored and cut into chunks
- 1 banana, cut into thick slices
- 1/3 cup red seedless grapes, halved
- 1/3 cup green seedless grapes, halved
- 2/3 cup pineapple chunks
- 3 bamboos skewers, sharp tips
snipped off with scissors

Spread coconut on a large plate. Spoon yoghurt on a glass or ceramic plate. Slide pieces of fruit onto a skewer, alternating fruits until skewer is almost covered.
Hold kabob by the ends and roll in the yoghurt to cover fruit. Roll yoghurt-covered kabob in coconut on plate. Repeat with other skewers.
