- 1½ cups Raspberry Mountain High
Yoghurt
- 2 green onions, chopped (green and
white parts)
- 1 cup fresh raspberries, chopped
- 1 pear, cored, and finely diced
- ½ cup chopped hazelnuts, toasted
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground coriander
- 4-6 drops Tabasco sauce

In a medium glass or ceramic bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Serve chilled.
