3 cups Vanilla, Lemon Strawberry or Raspberry Mountain High Yoghurt
- ¼ cup strawberry or blueberry preserves

Spoon some yoghurt into the bottoms of cone-shaped paper cups. Add a small dollop (about one teaspoon) of berry preserves to each. Using a toothpick, swirl the preserves into the yoghurt. Repeat layers to fill cones. Insert a popsicle stick into each, and place cones in cups to keep them upright in the freezer. Freeze until solid, about two hours. Remove cones from cups before serving.
Makes 6 4-ounce cones.
