1 3-oz. package of cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup of packed brown sugar
- 1 cup Plain Mountain High Yoghurt
- 1/4 cup of English Toffee bits
- 3 or 4 tart apples, cored and sliced

In a small glass or ceramic bowl, cream together softened cream cheese and brown sugar with a stick mixer with whisk attachment until well blended.
Add yoghurt and mix just until blended. Stir in toffee bits. Transfer to a glass or ceramic serving bowl or individual bowls and serve immediately. Dip apple slices into yoghurt mixture.
