Dill Sauce
Delicious with fish, vegetables, or even dumplings. Using fresh dill makes all the difference.

  • ½ cup Plain Mountain High Yoghurt
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon minced fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Stir all ingredients together and serve immediately.

Makes about 1 cup.
