Yogo-nanas*
Kids will love making this treat themselves. Moms will love the nutrition tucked inside the fun!

  • 2 tablespoons crushed corn
    flakes cereal
  • 2 tablespoons of Vanilla or Strawberry Mountain High Yoghurt
  • 1 banana, cut in half
  • 2 craft (popsicle) sticks

Place corn flake crumbs on a small plate. Place yoghurt on a second glass or ceramic plate. Take one banana half and insert a craft stick in it lengthwise. Roll the banana in the yoghurt. Roll the banana in the cereal crumbs. Repeat with remaining banana half.

Makes 2 servings.
