Mix yoghurt and gelatin in a medium glass or ceramic microwave-proof bowl. Microwave on medium power for 2 minutes or until the gelatin is completely dissolved, stirring after the first minute.
Spray a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray and pour yoghurt mixture into it. Top with sliced strawberries. Cover and chill for 3 hours or until set.
