Almond Banana Smoothie
Our sources tell us this is the perfect accompaniment to a fresh slice of banana bread.
  • ½ cup Plain Mountain High Yoghurt
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon ground almonds
  • ½ teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Place all ingredients in blender and blend on medium speed until well combined. Serve immediately.
