Creamy Raspberry Salsa

Great on roasted meats or a sweet spread for your favorite deli-style sandwich.

  • 1½ cups Raspberry Mountain High Yoghurt
  • 2 green onions, chopped (green and white parts)
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries, chopped
  • 1 pear, cored, and finely diced
  • ½ cup chopped hazelnuts, toasted
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground coriander
  • 4-6 drops Tabasco sauce


In a medium glass or ceramic bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Serve chilled.

Makes about 2 cups.
