1 large avocado, pitted, peeled, and mashed
- 1 cup Plain Mountain High Yoghurt
- 3 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- Salt and pepper

In a small glass or ceramic bowl, combine avocado and yoghurt until smooth. Add lemon juice and garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with gluten-free tortilla chips or as a garnish for Mexican dishes. Also delicious as a spread.
