1¼ cups Plain Mountain High Yoghurt
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 green onion, trimmed and
thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper

In a medium glass or ceramic bowl, stir together yoghurt, parmesan, green onion, parsley, mustard, and onion powder until well blended. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with a variety of vegetables, such as carrot sticks, sweet red pepper strips, cauliflower florets, or broccoli florets.
Makes 1½ cups.
