Parmesan Dip

A party pleaser that's good at home on a weeknight, too.


  • 1¼ cups Plain Mountain High Yoghurt
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 green onion, trimmed and
    thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper

In a medium glass or ceramic bowl, stir together yoghurt, parmesan, green onion, parsley, mustard, and onion powder until well blended. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with a variety of vegetables, such as carrot sticks, sweet red pepper strips, cauliflower florets, or broccoli florets.


Makes 1½ cups.
