Berry Banana Smoothie
Improvise with the berries according to your whim! Blueberries make a purple smoothie.
  • 1½ cups Vanilla Mountain High
    Yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup raspberries, strawberries,
    or blueberries

Place all ingredients in blender and blend on medium speed until smooth and thick.

Makes 2 servings.
