Berry Rejuvenator Smoothie
Jump start your day with a burst of berries and a healthy dose of antioxidants.
  • 1 cup Vanilla Mountain High Yoghurt
  • 1 cup blackberries or strawberries
  • 1½ cups blueberries
  • ½ cup grape juice
  • Honey (optional)

Place all ingredients in blender and blend on medium speed just until smooth. Serve immediately.
