1½ cups fresh or frozen raspberries, thawed
- 3 cups Vanilla Mountain High Yoghurt*
- ¼ cup sugar

Place oven rack in highest position and preheat oven broiler to high.
Distribute the raspberries evenly among four flat crème brûlée or custard dishes. Spoon the yoghurt over the raspberries and smooth to cover. Sprinkle the sugar evenly over the yoghurt in the four dishes.
Place dishes under the broiler until the sugar is bubbling and lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Watch constantly because cooking times will vary according to individual broilers and sugar can burn quickly. Remove immediately. Allow to cool slightly and serve warm or chilled.
*Yoghurt cheese can be used in place of yoghurt for this recipe.
