Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake
A great use for overripe bananas. Just freeze them first to make this shake thick and rich.
  • 1 cup Plain Mountain High Yoghurt
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ¼ cup chocolate drink powder
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter

Blend at high speed until well blended. Serve immediately.

Makes 2 servings (10 ounces each).
