Curried Apple Dip

A refreshing alternative to the same old onion dip. Expect guests to ask for the recipe.

  • 1½ cups Vanilla Mountain High Yoghurt
  • 1 cup shredded apple
  • 1/3 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup finely chopped nuts
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • ¼ teaspoon curry powder

In a medium glass or ceramic bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir gently until well blended. Cover and chill 2 hours to blend flavors.

Serve with apples, assorted raw vegetables, or crackers. Refrigerate leftovers.
