Raspberry Puffs

A very easy and stylish dessert.


  • 1 10-oz. package puff pastry shells, prepared
  • 1 cup Raspberry Mountain High Yoghurt
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon raspberry preserves
  • ½ teaspoon lemon zest
  • 24 raspberries
  • Powdered sugar

Bake pastry shells according to package directions. Cool.

In a small glass or ceramic mixing bowl, combine yoghurt, sugar, and raspberry preserves. Place 3 raspberries in the bottom of each pastry shell. Spoon yoghurt mixture over raspberries. Place one raspberry on the top of each dessert. Garnish with additional powdered sugar.
