Maple Pecan Frozen Yoghurt


Tastes so decadent, you’ll forget it’s good for you.

  • 4 cups Plain Mountain High Yoghurt
  • 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
  • 1 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar

In large glass or ceramic bowl, combine ingredients. Mix well. Pour into 1½-quart or larger ice cream freezer. Freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions. Store in freezer. (For a 1-quart freezer container, use 3 cups yoghurt, ¾ cup pecans, and ¾ cup maple syrup.)

Makes about 12 servings.
