Caramel Apple Dip
This recipe makes a great after-school snack and gets kids to eat their fruit without a fuss. Double it for a party and watch it disappear!
  • 1 3-oz. package of cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup of packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup Plain Mountain High Yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup of English Toffee bits
  • 3 or 4 tart apples, cored and sliced

In a small glass or ceramic bowl, cream together softened cream cheese and brown sugar with a stick mixer with whisk attachment until well blended.

Add yoghurt and mix just until blended. Stir in toffee bits. Transfer to a glass or ceramic serving bowl or individual bowls and serve immediately. Dip apple slices into yoghurt mixture.

Makes 6 servings.
