Fruit Yoghurt Smoothie
Use your favorite fruit-flavored Mountain High Yoghurt for this one!
  • 1 cup Fruit Flavored Mountain High Yoghurt
  • ¾ cup dairy milk or soy milk
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or honey

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on low speed until smooth. Serve immediately in a chilled glass.

Makes 2 servings (10 ounces each).
