- 1 cup Plain Mountain High Yoghurt
- 3 cups ice cold water
- Salt
- 8 ice cubes
- 4 sprigs fresh mint
Place yoghurt in a large glass pitcher. Slowly whisk in the ice water. Season with salt to taste. Pour yoghurt drink into 4 glasses. Put 2 ice cubes into each glass and garnish with a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.
