Tzaziki Sauce
This classic Greek accompaniment to grilled meats is typically used to top gyros or
pitas. Especially good with lamb, but try chicken, too. Also great with pita bread as
an appetizer.
  • 1 cup Plain Mountain High Yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • ½ cucumber, peeled, seeded, and diced fine
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh mint leaves, chopped

In a medium glass or ceramic bowl, gently combine yoghurt, garlic, cucumber, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and chill for 2 to 3 hours. Garnish with mint leaves.

Makes 4 servings.
