1 pound 85% lean ground beef, finely ground
- ¼ cup chopped yellow onion
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 15.5-oz. can “no added salt”
diced tomatoes, drained
- 2 teaspoons diced jalapeno
(about ½ a pepper)
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- ¾ cup ketchup
- ½ cup frozen corn
- ¼ cup Plain Mountain High Yoghurt
- 8 small potato rolls

In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef with onions, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper for about 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, jalapeno, garlic, and ketchup. Continue cooking for 5 to 10 minutes until beef is thoroughly cooked.
Remove from heat and add frozen corn and yoghurt. Stir to mix well and warm corn through. Serve on potato rolls.
