Zesty Yoghurt Sauce
Stuck for quick dinner ideas? Here’s an easy way to add multi-dimensional flavor to roasted or grilled meats. Just whip this up while the meat’s cooking.
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup Plain Mountain High Yoghurt
  • Salt and cayenne pepper
  • Chopped fresh mint leaves
    and fresh lemon zest for garnish

In a medium glass or ceramic bowl, mix tahini, garlic, lemon juice, and sugar. Gently stir in yoghurt until smooth. Season with salt and cayenne to taste. Garnish with lemon zest and fresh mint. Pass with roasted or grilled meats.

Makes about 2 cups.
