2 cups Vanilla or Raspberry Mountain High Yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- Pinch sugar

Combine all ingredients in a small glass or ceramic bowl. Stir well. Toss with fresh fruit just before serving.
