Strawberry Pie

If using frozen strawberries, thaw slightly before dicing.

  • 3 cups Strawberry Lowfat Mountain High Yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cherry-flavored gelatin
  • 1 5.1-oz. package instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries diced
  • 1 6-oz. prepared graham cracker pie crust
  • Whipped topping (optional)


In a large glass or ceramic bowl, combine yoghurt, vanilla extract, and cherry-flavored gelatin, mixing well. Whisk in instant pudding. Stir in strawberries and pour mixture into pie crust. Cover and chill for about 30 minutes. Garnish with whipped topping, if desired.

Makes 8 servings.
