¼ cup honey
- ½ teaspoon grated fresh orange peel
- ½ teaspoon grated fresh lemon peel
- ½ cup sweet dessert wine
- 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1½ cups Vanilla or Raspberry Mountain High Yoghurt
- Dessert cookies

In a large glass or ceramic bowl, combine honey with grated lemon and orange peel, then whisk in the wine. Add the lemon and orange juices and beat until frothy. Fold in yoghurt. Spoon into four individual dessert glasses. Cover and chill for 2 to 3 hours. Serve with fancy cookies for garnish.
