In large glass or ceramic bowl, combine ingredients. Mix well. Pour into 1½-quart or larger ice cream freezer. Freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions. Store in freezer. (For a 1-quart freezer container, use 3 cups yoghurt, ¾ cup pecans, and ¾ cup maple syrup.)
