Herbal Yoghurt Dressing
This is especially good on a green salad topped with chopped red onions,
sliced black olives, cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumbers. Croutons, anyone?
  • ½ cup Plain Mountain High Yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon fat-free milk
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Dash Tabasco

Combine all ingredients in a small glass or ceramic bowl. Stir well. Serve immediately, or store in refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Makes 3 2-oz. servings.
