Yoghurt Swirl Pops

A craft project you can eat! Great for those long summer afternoons when the kids are home from school. Half the fun is waiting for the pops to freeze.

  • 3 cups Vanilla, Strawberry or Raspberry Mountain High Yoghurt
  • ¼ Strawberry or Blueberry Preserves

Spoon some yoghurt into the bottoms of cone-shaped paper cups. Add a small dollop (about one teaspoon) of berry preserves to each. Using a toothpick, swirl the preserves into the yoghurt. Repeat layers to fill cones. Insert a popsicle stick into each, and place cones in cups to keep them upright in the freezer. Freeze until solid, about two hours. Remove cones from cups before serving.

Makes 6 (4-ounce cones)
