Rosemary Feta Dip
This really tastes great on crackers or pita wedges. To prepare as canapes,
top with chopped kalamata olives. Makes an elegant impression!


  • 1 cup Plain Mountain High Yoghurt
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 5 sprigs fresh rosemary, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

In a medium glass or ceramic bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir gently until well blended. Cover and chill for 2 to 3 hours before serving.

Makes about 3 cups.
