Raspberry Mustard Salad Dressing

Bistro-quality dining is just a whisk away.
  • ½ cup Plain or Raspberry Mountain High Yoghurt
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup raspberry jam
  • Salt and pepper

In a medium glass or ceramic bowl, whisk together yoghurt, mayonnaise, mustard, and jam until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste and whisk again. Serve immediately, or store in refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Makes 1¼ cups.
