1 3.4-oz. box instant chocolate pudding, prepared according to package directions with reduced fat (2%) milk
- 3 1/2 cups Vanilla Mountain High Yoghurt
- 3 cups frozen sweet black cherries, thawed
- 18 additional cherries for garnish
- Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for garnish

Place 1/3 cup pudding into each of six 10-oz. glasses. Add 1/3 cup yoghurt on top of each pudding layer. Add ½ cup cherries on top of each yoghurt layer. Top with 1/4 cup yoghurt and spread evenly. Garnish parfaits with cocoa powder and 3 cherries. Chill well before serving.
