Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip

Sure to be a hit at your next party. Creamy, spicy, meaty…a little something for everyone!
  • Recipe_Landing_buffalo_wing_dip1 pound cooked rotisserie chicken cut into small cubes
  • ¾ cup diced celery
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 16 ounces Mountain High Yoghurt Cheese*
  • 12 ounces bottled buffalo wing sauce (medium or hot)
  • 8 ounces Mountain High Yoghurt Ranch Dressing

 

In a medium saucepan over low heat, stir together chicken, celery, cheddar cheese, yoghurt cheese, and wing sauce. Add ranch dressing and mix well. Continue cooking for about 10 to 15 minutes until warmed through.

Serve with tortilla chips.

Makes 5 cups, or 20 servings.

*To make Yoghurt Cheese, or Greek Yoghurt, place Plain Original Style Mountain High Yoghurt in a strainer lined with coffee filters or cheesecloth. Set strainer in a bowl, cover bowl with plastic wrap. Drain for at least 24 hours. Two cups of yoghurt will make about 8 oz. of Yoghurt Cheese. To learn more, click here
