Blue Cheese Dressing

This fresh, flavorful dressing beats commercial brands any day! It also spares you loads of sodium, oils, and preservatives. Enjoy on tossed garden salads or as a dip for cut raw vegetables.

  • ½ cup Plain Original Style Mountain High Yoghurt
  • ¼ cup low-fat Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup buttermilk
  • 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • ½ teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 dash Worcestershire Sauce
  • Sugar to taste (optional)


 

In a small glass or ceramic bowl, combine all ingredients until well blended, adding a pinch of sugar if desired. Cover and refrigerate one hour before serving. Refrigerate any unused portions for up to 2 days.

                                                                                                                    

Makes 1-1/3 cups.
