4 medium carrots, peeled and grated
- 1 cup Plain Mountain High Yoghurt
- 1 cup canned crushed pineapple,
drained
- ¼ cup raisins
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts

In a large glass or ceramic bowl, stir together all ingredients until well mixed. Cover and chill overnight. Serve chilled.
