1 cup Plain Mountain High Yoghurt
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 2 teaspoons capers, drained
- 1 tablespoon finely diced sweet pickle
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
- ¼ teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon heavy cream

In a medium glass or ceramic bowl, gently stir together all ingredients until well blended. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
