Honey Mustard Dressing

Great for salads, but try it as a dip for soft baked pretzels or chicken tenders.
  • 1½ cups Plain Mountain High Yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

In a medium glass or ceramic bowl, gently stir together all ingredients until well blended. Serve chilled.

Makes about 2 cups.
