6 scallions (white part only), minced
- 1 cup Plain Mountain High Yoghurt
- 1 to 2 tablespoons prepared
horseradish
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream

In a small glass or ceramic bowl, combine scallions, yoghurt, horseradish, maple syrup and heavy cream, mixing well.
